We'd love to add your ideas.

We ask the following:
Please do not use ALL CAPS, if you use them we will not accept your submission.  Be as clear as possible with the directions, if we are unable to follow them we won't post your submission.

We accept articles, recipes, menus, crafts, activates, articles, poetry, ...

• Please include the following: 

  • Your name
  • Where are you from
  • What holiday is this for
  • Include that this is for 24hourmom.com
• For articles (poetry & stories)* also include:
  • Try to keep articles under 1500 words in length
  • Teaser, a brief introduction to the craft
    Copy and paste your article into your email in plain text format not HTML (we do not accept attachments)
  • You may attach graphics in either JPG or GIF format.  We reserve the right to reduce the image to conserve the space and load time but we will not degrade the quality.
  • You may also include a short bio.  You may add a link to your personal or professional homepage, please include the site title and linking URL.
• For recipes also include:
  • Recipe title
  • Ingredients
  • Directions
• For crafts also include:
  • Your craft or activity title
  • Approximate time needed (for crafts)
  • Skill level: easiest, easy, medium, advanced
  • Cost range: under $5, $5-$20, $20-$30, over $30
  • Items needed
  • Directions
• For links also include:
  • Site title and URL
  • A brief description
  • We do not accepts commercial sites, (sites that sell stuff), sites that charge fees, sites that use comet cursor or require any downloads to view the page, racial, adult rated or other inappropriate sites.
• Teaching Aids

* Writing should be appropriate for our audience (from children to adults).  All articles should to be proofread, grammar and spell checked before submission.

Important Stuff:
By submitting an content you represent that you are the creator or its author, or submitting it with the authors permission who agrees to all the terms and conditions.  You hereby grant us permission to publish it and edit it for length and content, as necessary (this is rare), without monetary compensation. We will review your submission and post it as soon as possible; we will not publish an article or link to any site that is not child friendly.
